CPLC Leaders from governments, businesses and financial institutions will meet to reflect
on recent developments on carbon pricing. The dialogue will focus on the role of carbon
pricing as a policy lever to drive investments towards low carbon investments.
Participants will explore the recent recommendations of the Task Force on Climaterelated
Financial Disclosure (TCFD), including on internal carbon pricing, with the
growing interest in measuring and managing climate risk. This dialogue will provide an
opportunity to consider how the Coalition can broaden and deepen its efforts to other
engage stakeholders, including financial institutions, investors and businesses so that they
can work in tandem with governments, help bridge the climate finance gap.
