The Environmental Fiscal Reforms for Low-Carbon Growth workshop is organized jointly by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit of Colombia and the Climate Action Peer Exchange (CAPE). Hosted at the World Bank, CAPE supports the efforts of finance ministries to design effective climate-change adaptation and mitigation strategies consistent with the achievement of the Nationally Determined Contributions agreed in Paris 2015.
