Morocco and The World Bank Group

This round table dialogue will convene African leaders to discuss opportunities to
accelerate climate-resilient and low-carbon development in African economies, and will
include a progress update of the World Bank Africa Climate Business Plan (ACBP).
Panelists will set forth recommendations for innovative policies and measures to support
African countries' fight against climate change. It will provide insights on opportunities to
support and step up ongoing efforts in the region to update their climate strategies and
plans contained in the NDCs and as such prepare for the 2018 stock-take.
