Towards the end of COP23, it is time to make an unambiguous statement of the urgency and need for decarbonisation of international shipping. Governments, intergovernmental organizations and industry will all have their role to play in achieving this goal. The event will feature the impressive leadership that has already been shown so far and that continues to be crucial to shape shipping's climate agenda.
